The BAM Members’ Code of Ethics
Ethics are fundamental to our profession. As international freight forwarders, we act on behalf of clients worldwide — trust, transparency, and reliability are essential.
The By All Means Code of Ethics is built on two key principles:
- Respect for other members — prompt replies, on-time payments, accurate information, and cooperation.
- Active participation — contributing to the growth of the BAM alliance.
Honesty, fairness, loyalty, and mutual respect are non-negotiable.
Privacy laws and environmental sustainability must always be respected.
By joining BAM, members automatically accept this Code of Ethics.
